You can shop in all EU webshops. Just remember to fill in your new shipping address.

* The service applies to purchases from stores and suppliers in the EU. Purchases made outside the EU may possibly be subject to customs duties and charges. These potential charges will be re-invoiced to the person who orders the PostaLogistics service.

Remember!
If your invoice address is Greenland, you will rarely be able to shop online. Therefore, the billing and delivery address must be Mønten 7B, 6000 Kolding.

Register the package in the app

Register your new package in the app. Provide as much information about the package as you can.
When you receive a tracking number from the webshop, you must also enter it in the app. Receiving a tracking number may take a few days.

Upload invoice / receipt

It is important that you remember to upload the invoice or the receipt from the sender in Postaapp.

Postaapp can not and will not send your parcel on from Denmark to Greenland without an invoice or receipt showing the value of the products. You will most likely receive your invoice or order receipt to your email address when your parcel is shipped from the sender.

What is an invoice? 
In order for us to be able to send your parcel, the invoice or the receipt must show the following:
Name of webshop, price per product and total price of all the products purchased, date of purchase. If the VAT-number of the webshop is available please include this.

Which webshops can I buy from?
You can shop securely in all webshops within the EU. All you need to do is ensure that the shipping address of the shipment reads:

Can I order more items from the same location?
You can easily order more items from the same location. Please remember that we ship 0-30 kg at the same flat price. The shipment’s size and weight determines exclusively whether it will be shipped by sea or air.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery time depends on when the shipment is in the keeping of Posta Logistics. From the time that your shipment is received and payment has been made, you can expect 2-4 days by air and 15-25 days by sea, depending on where in Greenland you live.
Can my order be cancelled?
As a rule, the services provided by Posta Logistics are exempt from right of cancellation. If a purchase/order is cancelled, it can be annulled by a written request to Posta Logistics either via chat or by email. If this is done by e-mail, the subject line must read "Cancellation" and the e-mail sent to postaapp@postalogistics.dk, including the pertinent order number, order date, name and phone number. All costs for Posta Logistics incurred by the cancellation will be born by the recipient/customer.
Can I return my shipment?
As a rule, the return of a shipment is a matter between the sender and the recipient. Posta Logistics is at your disposal for assistance and offers for the return of your shipment. You can contact Posta Logistics either via chat or by email at postaapp@postalogistics.dk.
